"Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image,
according to Our likeness; let them have
dominion over the fish of the sea,
over the birds of the air, and over the cattle,
over all the earth and over every creeping
thing that creeps on the earth.’"
Genesis 1:26
In the very first chapter of Genesis, God says, Let us make human beings in Our image, making them reflect Our nature. His plan, from the beginning, was to create male and female and bless them. He delegated mankind the authority to prosper, reproduce, take dominion and be responsible over all creation.
One of the ways this is established is through the creative power of your words. Proverbs 18:21 says you have life or death, blessings or curses, in the words you say, and in the words you allow others to say about you, your life, your family, your health, your finances and everything else.
Words release the promises of God, however words can also block the promises of God. So make sure you are always on the right side of this divine principle.
It’s so important that you speak the Word of
God over your life every day. As you do this consistently,
you will see your life go to a whole new level!
Today’s Prayer:
Father, I want to praise You for creating me in Your image and giving me the ability to speak Your words and Your promises over my life. I release health, prosperity, joy, peace and wholeness into every area of my life right now. I give You all the glory and praise in Jesus’ name. Amen.
